ACS took the site of an old video store and modernized and repurposed it for this Anthropologie in Hoboken, NJ. Found at street level in the prominent Lining Store Building, it is the tallest building in the historic commercial district’s bustling Washington Street. We worked to respect the history of this 1900 building while ensuring it was ready for its next iteration as a local retail destination.
