If you are a Raleigh local or recent visitor, you may have strolled through the Village District, an outdoor mixed-use development spanning 6 city blocks. This well-loved and highly trafficked shopping destination is now home to the very first Maeve store. ACS is very proud to have been selected as the general contractor for this prototype.

New Stand-Alone Brand

The Maeve opening is one of the most highly anticipated of the season. What started as an in-house label at Anthropologie has grown into its own stand-alone brand. Loyal customers and fashion influencers have been taking note of the timeless-with-a-twist styles — the crowds for opening weekend were proof that the audience is there for Maeve.

ACS and URBN Have a Long, Successful Partnership

ACS handled the entire construction process from returning the space to a neutral spot from its previous tenant to ensuring that all the details that make the space uniquely Maeve, were completed to the highest of standards. The store design and finishes will be the basis for all future Maeve locations.
