The ACS team is happy to have been chosen to build the first standalone Maeve store. If you have shopped in Anthropologie, the name may be familiar. Maeve is a popular in-house label at Anthropologie that has built a loyal and growing consumer base over the years.

ACS will be the general contractor on the prototype located in Raleigh, North Carolina’s Village District development. This collaboration deepens and expands our long relationship with URBN brands in which we have built dozens of Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie, Free People, and Free People Movement locations across the country. It is exciting to be part of something new, and we are proud to be trusted to bring this well-loved label to market.

Construction is currently underway, with a planned Fall 2025 opening.
