ANTHROPOLOGIE | CHARLOTTE, NC

Anthropologie bestowed ACS with the task of restoring a 1919 factory building in the revitalized area of Charlotte’s South End. A generous, hearty space, we were able to breathe new life into one of Charlotte’s earliest factories by refurbishing the original floors and ceilings, installing new large windows along the roofline, and retaining and respecting the history and architecture elements of the existing structure. With soaring ceilings and cascades of natural light, the space is a radiant setting for Anthropologie’s handcrafted merchandising aesthetic and has helped the brand establish itself as an anchor retailer in this successful mixed-use development.
