Part of the overall redevelopment of North West Street, this project gave new life to an old, neglected building and with it brought thriving new office spaces to this Glenwood South alcove. Modernized with updated structural details the building now bridges the history and warehouse-vibe of area, to the neighboring new development including modern office buildings and apartments. This structure is part of the redevelopment project that was recognized in 2017 with a Downtown Raleigh Alliance Imprint Award.
