This first project with Hattie B’s set the stage for our future work together. When this father and son team sought to expand their national restaurant chain, ACS was tapped to build out their location in the Midtown neighborhood of Memphis. Originally home to a burger joint in the 1950’s, we addressed issues in the aging building to support a modern, high-volume restaurant. By tending to the stained concrete floors and installation of stainless steel and tile accents, we built a warm and inviting dining room that was also easy to maintain and clean in a busy restaurant. The patio bar includes concrete, bar-height tables stamped with the logo and the outside space also includes a gaming area, complete with customized corn hole boards. From the moment a diner walks on to the property they are welcomed–reflecting Hattie B’s vision to become the go-to place for great hospitality, food and service.
