ACS built the inaugural brick and mortar location for Maeve, one of the most anticipated retail openings of the season. Maeve is an in-house label at Anthropologie that has built its own loyal consumer base and has been launched as its own free-standing brand.

Located in Raleigh, North Carolina’s mixed-use development, Village District, ACS handled all aspects of the project. From preparing the space for a new tenant, to building out the space to highlight the one-of-a-kind finishes that help make this uniquely Maeve, ACS ensured the space reflects its distinctive qualities.

The ACS team is mindful that building a prototype is a huge responsibility and our team takes the honor seriously. From loyal customers to new fans, from those with corporate roles to those working in the store itself, we know that this brand experience will help to create first impressions and help to steer the course as the brand blazes its own path.

This collaboration deepens and expands our long relationship with URBN brands during which we have built dozens of Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie, Free People, and Free People Movement locations across the country.

It is exciting to build the first store for a brand, and we are proud to be bringing this beauty to consumers.
