Serena & Lily is a luxury furniture and home accessories retailer known for a modern coastal home vibe. August Construction Solutions helped them transform their location in the Town & Country Shopping Center in Palo Alto to reflect this aesthetic.

The total project, at just over 3,700 square feet, includes both interior and exterior transformations. ACS led the entire process, including the upfit of the interior space resulting in a light and airy sales floor, organized and functional design center, as well as practical back rooms. A skylight allows streams of sunlight to highlight the merchandise and carefully installed displays throughout to showcase Serena & Lily’s many textile samples.

The outside patio was designed and built to transform the space to a relaxing oasis complete with a fence, paved deck, pergola, tiled fountain, and lush gardens. This idyllic haven is the perfect backdrop for Serena & Lily’s goods and design services and makes for a true experiential retail experience.
